GFWS is operated by FRACCE & Company s.r.o., IČO 14446260. By accessing or using GFWS, creating an account, starting a trial or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclaimer, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Cookie Policy.

GFWS is market-intelligence, analytical and decision-support software. It scans financial markets and presents technical and statistical observations, signals, scores, alerts, sentiment indicators, turning points, volume zones, target and invalidation zones, predictions, tracking records and directional-reaction metrics.

GFWS is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager, money manager or fiduciary. GFWS does not execute orders or manage client funds or portfolios.

Nothing on GFWS constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, a personalised recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, sell or hold a financial instrument. Scanner outputs are analytical information, not BUY or SELL instructions. No advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by use of GFWS.

You alone decide whether to act on any GFWS information and you remain responsible for entry and exit timing, instrument selection, position size, leverage, stop placement and all risk and money management. You bear the full outcome of your decisions.

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Access is personal unless a business plan expressly says otherwise.

• Do not share or resell credentials or paid content.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary scanner logic or source code.
• Do not interfere with platform security or availability.
• Do not represent GFWS outputs to third parties as guaranteed signals or personalised investment advice.

Where GFWS offers a free trial, no payment is taken unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise. Paid access begins only when you actively confirm a paid order. Recurring paid subscriptions renew for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. Price, billing frequency, taxes and renewal terms are shown before payment.

Before any paid checkout, users must expressly acknowledge the current Terms, Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer. GFWS may record the legal-document version and acceptance timestamp for audit purposes.

GFWS aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Market data, computations and alerts may be delayed, incomplete, interrupted, revised or inaccurate because of third-party data sources, connectivity, exchange events or technical failures.

Historical, audited or reported directional-reaction rates, signal histories, predictions and tracking records describe past observations under a stated methodology. They are not trading-account returns, executed trade win rates, guarantees of future performance or proof of achievable profitability.

GFWS software, scanner logic, interfaces, text, graphics, datasets, branding and output formats belong to GFWS, the operator or their licensors. Your access grants only a limited, non-transferable right to use the service during your authorised access period.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GFWS is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose or uninterrupted availability. GFWS and the operator are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, missed opportunities or indirect or consequential damages arising from reliance on GFWS outputs. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable in the user's country of residence.
