Depending on how you use GFWS, we may process account and profile data, email address, trial or subscription data, legal-consent records, support communications, IP address, browser/device information, security logs and service-usage data. Where a payment processor is used, GFWS receives transaction and subscription identifiers and status information but does not need to store full card numbers.

We process data to provide and secure GFWS, manage accounts and subscriptions, deliver alerts and service emails, answer support requests, prevent abuse, meet legal/accounting duties and improve the service. Legal bases include performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent where required.

Essential service messages may be sent where necessary to operate an account, trial or subscription. Marketing communications are optional and are sent only where a valid legal basis exists; consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Essential storage is used for core functionality and remembering preferences. Non-essential analytics and marketing tracking must remain disabled until the visitor chooses Accept All. Cookie choices can be changed through Cookie preferences in the footer.

GFWS may use hosting, database, authentication, email, payment and analytics providers where necessary. Providers process data under appropriate contractual safeguards. If data is transferred outside the EEA, GFWS relies on an adequacy decision or safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

Data is kept only as long as needed for the service, legitimate business purposes, tax/accounting duties or legal claims, then deleted or anonymised. GFWS applies reasonable technical and organisational security measures, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Where GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to certain processing and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. Requests can be sent to gfws@fracce.com.
