Important risk warning

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of all capital committed. Leveraged instruments can amplify losses. Past performance and past market reactions do not predict future results.

1. GFWS is analytical software

GFWS is market-intelligence and decision-support software. It is not a broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager, fiduciary or managed-account service and does not execute trades on your behalf.

2. Outputs are not trade instructions

Scanner signals, scores, alerts, Fear or Fear & Greed outputs, turning points, volume zones, target zones, invalidation zones, predictions, tracking records and directional-reaction metrics are analytical observations. They are not BUY, SELL or HOLD instructions, personalised recommendations or guarantees.

3. You control execution and risk

You alone determine whether to trade, when to enter or exit, what instrument to use, position size, leverage, stops, targets and risk/money management. GFWS cannot know your financial circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance.

4. Tracking record limitations

A directional-reaction or signal-history percentage measures only what the stated methodology says it measures. It does not represent an executed portfolio, trading profit, realised returns, a trader's win rate or proof that any user could have captured the measured move. Historical audits and tracking records do not guarantee future results.

5. Data and technology risk

Market data and outputs can be delayed, missing, incomplete or wrong. Alerts may be delayed or undelivered. Exchanges, data vendors, networks and software can fail. Never rely on GFWS as the sole source for an order or risk decision.

6. Independent professional advice

Consider your own circumstances and, where appropriate, seek advice from a licensed professional before making financial decisions. Only risk capital you can afford to lose.
