Refund & Cancellation Policy

If a GFWS trial states that no card is required, no payment is taken and no paid subscription begins merely by starting that trial. Paid access starts only after the user actively confirms a paid checkout.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period and price shown at checkout until cancelled. Users are shown the renewal terms before payment.

You may cancel a recurring subscription before its next renewal. Unless mandatory law or a specific offer says otherwise, access remains available through the end of the already-paid billing period and future renewals stop.

GFWS does not use an absolute 'no refunds ever' rule. Refund requests are reviewed in light of applicable law and the facts of the case. Refunds may be appropriate for duplicate or erroneous charges, failure to provide purchased access, unauthorised payment, or where consumer law requires one. Trading losses or dissatisfaction with market outcomes are not by themselves grounds for a refund because GFWS sells analytical software rather than trading results.

Consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts. For digital services supplied immediately, applicable law may permit performance to begin during the withdrawal period only after appropriate consent and acknowledgement. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived by this policy.
